I live and work in metropolitan Perth, Western Australia, illustrating and designing for unconventional media and its packaging. Outside of business, my personal projects are mainly made using traditional mediums; pencil, inks etc. though I’m fond of experimenting with new tools when I get the urge. Anything that allows me to get tactile and put my hands into my work. I’ll often re-use motifs and imagery as familiar signatures in my pieces. Beasts & nature, female sovereigns, birds, gems and meat often show up in my illustration; wasted and deformed, bleeding, or sometimes reduced to bones. Though I spend most of my professional time drawing and designing, I still value the opportunities to exhibit my personal work and produce a dedicated series.
